Spa Therapist

• You will be expected to demonstrate that you can deliver outstanding Spa treatments and develop your knowledge to ensure you feel confident in delivering positive recommendations for our guests.

About you:

• An experienced Spa Therapist trained in Elemis product house, working in a luxury 4/5 star Hotel Spa environment is required for this role.
• It is essential you have current UK beauty therapy level 3 Qualifications, and are confident in demonstrating these skills, able to carry out all treatments including facials, massage, nail and feet treatments including gel nail application.
• Being driven to deliver outstanding and memorable customer service will be your passion and motivation.
• You will be excellent at building a rapport with guests making them feel at home, relaxed and importantly identify and create magical memories at every possible opportunity.
• Be able to demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence, enabling you to be able to anticipate our guests needs ensuring they receive a Hand Picked experience.
• Most of all, you will have a professional, organised and friendly approach and be able to anticipate our guests needs and create memories.

• A competitive salary package of £26,972.40 per year, plus commission on treatments & retail sales (potential earnings of £5,000 per year).
• This is a Full-Time role working 5 days out of 7 including weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis, 35 hours per week, which may vary depending on business needs.
