Hand Picked Hotels is looking for a visionary Creative Production Lead to join our Brand & Marketing team on a fixed term contract. This is a rare opportunity to shape the visual identity of a luxury hospitality brand, overseeing the design and production of elegant, on-brand creative assets across print and digital platforms.
Working closely with our Chief Creative Officer, you’ll bring strategic campaigns to life, from seasonal promotions and shareholder events to hotel menus and spa collateral. You’ll lead imagery curation, manage photo shoots, and collaborate with our digital agency to ensure every touchpoint reflects our distinctive brand with sophistication and precision.
What will the role involve?
As Creative Production Lead, you’ll be the guardian of our visual identity, translating marketing priorities into beautifully crafted materials that elevate the brand across all channels. You’ll:
- Deliver end-to-end creative execution for national campaigns and hotel-level initiatives.
- Design and produce elegant collateral for hotel and F&B operations.
- Lead imagery curation and manage our image libraries.
- Collaborate with our digital agency to produce assets for web, email, and paid social.
- Maintain brand consistency through templates, guidelines, and quality control.
- Manage multiple creative workflows, balancing strategic and operational priorities.

- A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and flawless execution.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).

- A solid grasp of digital formats and social media content design.
